By accessing the EcSnack LLC website or entering into a service agreement with EcSnack, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Description
EcSnack provides AI-powered smart vending machines, smart coolers, and micro-market solutions. Services include equipment supply, installation, stocking, remote inventory monitoring, and maintenance. All placed equipment remains EcSnack property.
3. No Cost Service Agreement
EcSnack provides equipment, installation, stocking, and maintenance at no direct cost to the host facility. The host provides adequate space, electrical access, and reasonable service access. EcSnack generates revenue through product sales.
4. Equipment Ownership and Responsibility
Host facilities may not repair, modify, move, or tamper with EcSnack equipment. Hosts must keep the surrounding area reasonably clean and accessible. Damage caused by host negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.
5. Termination and Removal
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. EcSnack will remove equipment at no cost and may remove it immediately if conditions are unsafe or terms are violated.
6. Payment Processing and Transactions
Transactions are processed by third-party processors. For an incorrect charge, contact ecsnackco@gmail.com or (786) 300-1135.
7. Product Availability
Availability may vary due to supply, seasonality, and demand. EcSnack may substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcSnack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of its services or equipment.
9. Indemnification
The host facility agrees to hold EcSnack LLC, its owner, agents, and representatives harmless from claims arising from host misuse, breach of these terms, or violation of law.
10. Website Use
The website is provided for information and lead generation. Site content and branding are EcSnack property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
EcSnack may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
